    Xi'an North High Speed Railway Integrated Development Plot 4

    The Xi'an North High Speed Railway ("HSR") Integrated Development, comprising Plot 4 and Plot 5, is a large-scale mixed-use project measuring over 9.2 million square feet in total gross floor area. The landmark development is strategically sited adjacent and connected to the operational Xi'an North HSR Station, one of the largest HSR integrated transportation hubs in China with inter-city railway, intra-city subway, long and short distance bus terminals and taxi services. The Xi'an North HSR Station is also the largest train station in northwest China, connecting Xi'an to Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

    Located in the North of Xi'an, the integrated development is approximately 15 km from Xi'an's city centre, 17 km from Xi'an International Airport and 5 km from the Xi'an municipal government offices. The integrated development is also well-served by the operational Subway Line 2 and the future Subway Line 4 (under construction), which is expected to connect to the Xi'an Economic Development Zone in the North West of Xi'an City, via the Xi'an North HSR Station.

    Plot 4 is expected to comprise retail, SOHO, serviced apartment and hotel components, while Plot 5 is being planned to comprise medical, eldercare, retail and hotel components.

    Xi'an North HSR Integrated Development Plot 4 and Plot 5 are expected to complete in 2021 and 2024 respectively.

    With its iconic design, strategic location and excellent connectivity, the integrated development is positioned as a regional hub to serve the sizeable catchment within Xi'an and beyond.
